Deviled Eggs



For Easter dinner tonight we made deviled eggs that were so delicious! It is my mom’s recipe so the amounts are not exact but it’s worth a try!


10 eggs

1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonaise

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

1-2 teaspoons vinegar

Seasoned salt


Hard boil the eggs and let cool. Then slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks and put in a bowl.

Add the mayonnaise – you have to add enough to make it creamy so add 1/4 of a cup and keep adding until you reach the right consistency.

Add the dijon mustard, garlic powder, curry powder and vinegar and mix well – the mixture shouldn’t have lumps and should be fairly creamy and smooth. 

Spoon the mixture into the holes of the egg whites and then sprinkle seasoned salt over the eggs.
